how do you convince your girlfriend that she is beautiful when she refuses to believe it

All you can do is tell her. Only she can decide when she is ready to believe it. Its hard to be with someone when they have a low self-esteem and won't believe what you tell them.

You can't make anyone do or think anything. All you can do is try to keep telling her you think she's beautiful, but if she just has low selfesteem, thats how it is. Or maybe she's just being modest by pretending she doesn't believe that. Who knows.
