Me myself never had, but I believe that it obviously is possible to get carpet burns from an sexual encounter on the floor, the friction will let your skin rub against the carpet and cause it to get hurt.
It depends on the carpet though.

carpet burns yes, but what was worse was cut knees fron having an encounter on a gravel path! it was well hidden!

Yes. I've had rug burn, splinters, and scratches from a hard counter top. No joke. I learned my lesson. Put pillows and covers down first!

No, but I have psriasis, and when it's been bad and rude people have stared, I've told them it's carpet burns.
