Try this one.... it's pretty decent. It tells you how to keep track of your dreams, which things to write down and remember, and then also gives you a dream dictionary for the different symbols, colors, and themes in a dream.
Good Luck!

I think the answer lies within yourself and remember that the dream came from your own mind and is not there to scare you. Also people from different cultures and at different ages have different dream symbols so sometimes what you may find in books on dream interpretation is that they don't make sense for you. I think maybe talk to family and friends who you can trust. Ask yourself whether it is a warning - maybe to look after your health, or to make the right decision in something you're thinking about. Dreams can be a great ally in your life if you understand how they work. It may be helpful to look for a Dream Workbook which tells you what to look for and how to record dreams. If there is something unresolved the dream will stop once it is resolved. But these are only my thoughts. All the best to you and I wish you well.

To some extent you can look up "dream symbols"
or "dream dictionary" online and get some clues.
But the answers are in your own head-
Your own head made these dreams,
your own head can decode them.
For instance, for someone else seeing a golden horse might mean they are coming into money and power, for me it's likely a flashback to a faithful friend and a reminder to love one person strongly, since that's what that horse was like.
So if you dream of snakes and you love snakes, it's going to mean something different than if I dream of snakes (scary!).
I suggest doing dreamwork- meditating on what the symbols mean to you personally. Pick one symbol (snake) and start talking (or writing) about it and what it did in your dream, and what it could be there for. "I'm a snake, a rattler, I am in her path and very threatening. I am blocking the path. I am the fear that keeps her from going that direction, the way she wants to go. I am the rattlesnake."
