Do you think My Space should be banned? Why or why not?

Of course not!!! It's what a very very few people have done on MySpace that gave it a bad name, slightly, among the people who are out of the loop anyways on inernet issues. They said the same stuff about AIM. before that, it was email. It's always going to be something. I mean, do we bann bathrooms in certain public parks because a few times a year they bust pervs there? People need to get a grip.

I don't know if banned, but most certainly make precautionary changes where it is more difficult for predators to get in touch with a minor.

Also, minors should be educated on the site to be able to read the signs so that trouble can be prevented, and not only on My Space, but any or every site on the internet.

Why i think it should be banned here ya go:

its a frickin candy store for pedophiles.
plus if i had a daughter or son i wouldnt want some sicko drooling over there pictures.

lol i know im a little extreme. but you know or dont know what these wierdos are doing while lookin at your kids pictures. Im not trying to be sick im just stating what i assume to be a fact.

If it's dangerous for kids, then it's up to parents not to let them use it. I don't see why the whole thing should be banned though.

All this talk about MySpace being dangerous is by people that don't know anything about it. All you have to do is set your profile to 'private', so only your friends can see you. All your friends will be people that you requested.
