If you read "The Fortunate Son" you would know that the Bin Laden & Bush families go way back and friends. I guess that is why Bush's administration had the first batch burned. Do we burn books in America? It was reprinted and recirculated but the author somehow mysteriously ended up dead.
Bin Laden provided a service for his friends.

If you ask me, I think Bush knows exactly where he is, but he's hiding him out for financial reasons. How can a whole human being just disappear from the face of the earth, yet still send video tapes every few months? Bush knows more than what he is willing to admit!
