Concider yourself lucky that it's not over 500 or it would be a felony.

You will have to be arraigned, plead not guilty, get a lawyer, then you can talk to your lawyer about a lowered sentence. If it's your first time you can probably get community service.

Did you do it? If you don't have prior arrests, you will probably be put on probation and get a fine and either a little jail time or community service.

$365.00 theft is a misdemeanor, not a felony.

You will have to go to an arraignment, where you will be asked to enter a plea. If you can't afford an attorney, the court will appoint you one. Ask her what kinds of penalties you are facing and for advice.

you will find 365.00 under your pillow in the morning, so long as your pillow is of the silky kind they used during the independence war. Your bed must be one where you never masturbated on, same for the room and perhaps the house I am not sure. Search google for the last bit.

They're not going to send you to the pokey on a 365 dollar charge. You will have to pay restituion, probably clean some streets, and probably placed on probation. 1st time offender obviously. Keep your noe clean. What you stole was probably not worth this mess. BTW- it's safe to assume that you already spent the night in jail and released on own recognnisance.

Im not sure. You should definitely speak with your lawyer so that you will be prepared for what comes next. You will , of course, be held responsible for your actions.
