Yes you can. South Beach aka. Miami Beach is in fact topless. The best place on South beach is 12th and Ocean and lower. You can lay there all day if you want, with no problem from the cops. If you want to go completely nude, go to Haulover Beach which is in North Miami (about 15 -20 minutes north). Haulover Beach has many marinas and tons of space to lay out and mind your own business without worrying about tan lines.
If you dont want to mess with the crowds and obsene prices, head north to Hollywood / Dania Beach.. Theres a boardwalk with lots of neat liitle shops and tons of bars. Alot cheaper than South Beach. The only thing is you have to wear your entire bathing suit.

Yes, they go topless on 10th street (by the Clevlander). They don't really walk around topless though. If the cops feel like it they can bust you, but I've never heard anyone getting arrested for it before.
I have kids now, so I don't go to 10th street anymore.

yes I went topless when I was in miami and I didnt get arrested
I also go topless in hawaii where I live
however if you go topless I suspect reactions (including mine!) would be a lot stronger ..........
if wood makes a sound falling what does it sound like rising???

South Beach- 10th street... Toppless women everyway. On the beach that is. I wish there was bottomless street for men. Anyone know? And, most of the Miami Beach cops are Cuban anyway.. They love it.

you can go topless anywhere you want. the only problem is you might get arrested
