When I walk down the street and I don't have to do anything else, but enjoy the environment I'm in... I usually have a silly reason for that: "To look at others and show myself off" :)
I'm not critical of what someone else is wearing, I'm just at times curious as to where she got a nice outfit that she's wearing at that moment :)

i'd look at their hair and face and say oh she's pretty or hot or whatver. or i'd say she is a fashion criminal....
