unfortunately, that is part of being pregnant. You horomones are out of control with the pregnancy and the best you can do to have a good skin care routine. Good luck!

You will get rashes and breakouts every once in a while.
If it's acne, be sure not to wash the area more than twice a day. The more you wash the infeced area, the more your body will produce oil, and the more acne you will get.
When I was pregnant, I tried using lotion to help with stretchmarks and a rash I had, but the lotion just made the rash worse.
My doctor prescribed me a different lotion, however I never got around to turning in the prescription. Ask your doctor if he can give you anything. If you don't have an appointment for a while, call in and talk to one of the nurses there. They helped me out a lot during the pregnancy.
Good luck!

My skin went nuts too when I was pregnant. I found the best thing was to watch what I ate. Also, I went to the department strore and tried Origins product line. Normally, I use Aveda products but for some reason they were causing my skin to break out and become itchy. So, I tried the Origins and the stuff works!
I used Dr. Weils face cream in the green bottle, Plantidote face serum with mushrooms and tumeric. It's pricey but the stuff works! Within three days my face was completely cleared up - amazing.
Still, for makeup and coverups, I love Aveda. Their products really cover up. Especially those circles after the baby is born. :))
Also, you could look into Proactiv. I have friends who used that while pregnant - I was just worried because I didn't know what was in it. And, figured if something natural worked...it would be cause for less fear.

Unfortunately that is part of being pregnant. Try asking your doc what meds you can use. I know that I used Benzamycin cream. I think that is works really well. But you might be able to get away with using something over the counter.
Some words of comfort: My skin got tons better after my 1st trimester was over. Hope that helps.

Well when my friend was pregnant she had a problem with skin problems popping up. She went and got something called Lubriderm Free. She used it as a mositurizer after showering and when ever her skin felt dry. Hopefully this helps.
By the way it is because your hormones have gone totally wonky, and the best you can do is get a mositurizing cleanser and body lotion to help with it.

I never had breakouts before I became pregnant! I heard it only happens when ur having a boy! Don't think there's much u can do. I would suggest using a scrub, or peel off mask. Congrats, and God bless.

Your hormones are in high gear and completely out of whack. Thus resulting in breakouts. All that I can recommend is to drink plenty of water watch your caffeine and develop a skin care routine.

wash your face at least twice a day, after use a toner such as sea breeze, and after put some acne medication on your face. Don't pop your pimples this makes it worse and if you are persistent with your daily cleanings your face will heal up over time. It takes a few weeks for the pimples to dry up so be patient. The results will be amazing!
