I would make everyine a perfect telepath. It is pretty damn hard to lie when everyone can tell when you are telling the truth or not.
transparency in government is a good thing.

Here goes:

You don't know it yet, but a new social revolution is taking place in the labratories and universities of our nation. The entire manufacturing and distribution system is being made irrelevent.

Sience fiction gives rise to science fact. I've predicted for years, based on my observations of Star Trek, that science would provide "replicator" technology. Below you'll find an article that shows I was right.

First, my long-time prediction. Picture a machine much like an ink-jet printer. Instead of a three-chamber ink cartridge, there would be a cartridge with a home for every element on the periodic table. A computer model, or "recipe," would be used to assemble the individual atoms of the desired end product.

Thinking optimistically, let's assume that science finds a way around all the hurdles and now Americans all have a device in their house that will "replicate" their groceries, consumable sundries, etc.

This is the casting off of an entire economy! Who needs money for food if you can just replicate it? The cartridges could be governent provided, with resources (cartridges) being given according to the needs of each family.

Now, on to modern fact. This is amazing:

Ladies and gentlemen, the technology is available today. The only question that remains is whether or not society will be able to integrate such a huge step forward peacefully. Entire branches of government and industry would be made obsolete in one fell swoop. But so many more people would be empowered.

This is one technology of many that promise, or threaten, to change the world. Who stands to lose what? That will decide our fate.

When America gives every thing it has to everyone else. When Bush dies. When America stops ruining everything.

That is sarcasm, but these are the answers you'll get here, I just wanted to join the club and see what it feels like to be a knucklehead.

People actually want to help others. Everything in this world is about making money. Selfishness needs to be changed.

AN INVASION FROM SPACE------perfect scenario---everyone here would have a common enemy and so we could all go on hating (we all love to hate) and it would force us all to get on one page in order to survive
