Silver doesn't rust...only steel does that. I'd buy real silver next time, the bracelets you have probably can't be saved.

Good ole toothpaste should do the trick. I got a necklace all wet and left it for a week that way. Then by the time I remembered where I left it, it rusted.I put toothpaste on it and about an hour or so it was looked brand new . Though i warn you it takes color off some jewelry.

Use salt water, washing soda (sodium carbonate . . . NOT baking soda) and a piece of wrinkled aluminum foil to clean silver pieces. Immerse all and put silver in touch with the foil . . . no electrodes needed. Silver Plate isn't so helpful, but sterling cleans with zero effort.

Ummm... I know with gold jewelry you can dip it in a cleaning solution. I don't know the name of it, but I have some. Its a greenish color.
Try taking it to a jewelry store and asking them what you can do, or ask them if they carry any cleaning solution or any type of cleaner or rust cleaner for silver jewelry. I'm sure that most jewelry stores carry something that would fix them.
Good luck!

There is a specail jewerlly cleaner you can get almost anywhere. Ask the people in the store where you csn get some. You just rub it on the turned colour on the bracelet and it comes right off.

Silver doesn't rust. So if its rust, its not real silver and should just be tossed.
Real silver tarnishes, which a silver cleaner will clean up nicely.

Sterling silver or Silver? If it's sterling silver then they shouldn't get rusty, just tarnished. If they are tarnished than there are special jewlery wipes you can buy at drug stores.
