Ok, I was going to make fun of you for asking a stupid question, but instead I have to make fun of one of the people who responded to your question. Somebody going by the name Gothwitch answered your rivoting query with the following answer: "MCR, Blink 182 totally sucks!!!" I can understand why someone would think Blink 182 "totally sucks," but usually those people aren't going to like bands with an even more tone deaf singer. The three exclamation points this person included not only emphasizes their bad taste in music, but it also yells out "I am a pretentious loser who thinks I am better than everyone else, and I am smarter because I cast spells while other people are out socializing and having fun."
I just don't see how you can be so convinced that a band like Blink 182 sucks, yet not My Chemical Romance. The only reason MCR ever even got on the radio is because their label bribed programming directors at all the major radio station conglomerates (and you are incredibly naive if you don't belive this). The band is more of a fashion statement than they are a legitimate group of serious artists/musicians. Most of their fans like them because they look "emo" or "goth." They only like them because it is "cool" to like them, just like it was cool to like Blink 182 a few years ago before they broke up.
I suggest all of you start exploring more for better music. There is soooo much more stuff out there than the 10 songs that MTV and/or Clearchannel have on their playlists. Go find some real music. Something that matters.
Or do whatever you want. Who cares? It's just music.

Blink 182, right enough i haven't really listened to my chemical romance. Blink 182 just are amazing:)

I agree that they are totally different bands. Like apples and oranges. But Blink-182 is better in my opinion. My Chemical Romance was quickly called Sell-Out just right after their second album which made them big came out.
Blink-182...it took a while, but I still haven't heard them be called it.
