Make a chicken and broccoli casserole...
grill about 2 chicken breasts
and boil about 2 cups of noodles (any kind will do)
Cube the chicken
Then, throw the cooked and strained noodles and Cubed chicken into a casserole dish
Get some raw broccoli and throw some alfredo sauce on top. Then get some italian bread crumbs mixed with parmesean cheese and sprinkle it on top
Then throw it in the oven and bake until it developes a crust around the edges. then serve....
It's good!
I have a recipe for home made sauce also. Email me if you want it.
Another thing to serve for dinner is Enchilada casserole. You can email me for that recipe too.

Kung Pao Chicken. They have little packets in the store to make the sauce (like the packets for gravy) and you just add the chicken, onions, bell peppers and then cook some rice or noodles to go with it. Yummy

Ravioli Bake.......Line a casserole dish with mashed potatoes, layer shredded cheddar, half a large can of Ravioli (depends on size of dish, you may want to use it all) ,top with mashed potatoes, rest of cheddar cheese. Microwave or bake until warm all the way through. Serve with a salad. Kids love it.
