im 21 and single.. so wich one would be the less full of families with kids ?

Flamingo
Excalibur is run down and caters to families. They have a bigger arcade area than a casino. It is located closer to the end of the strip and Luxor.
Flamingo has an exceptional pool area and the overall hotel location is mid-strip.

Stay at the Flamingo.
The Excalibur is family themed, and has a lot of families that stay/go there.
The Flamingo isn't family themed, and all sorts stay there. The Flamingo also has the Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville restaurant, which is always busy and a really good crowd.
The Flamingo is a bit nicer, and right in the middle of the Strip, and has easy access to the monorail system, and walking distance to many of the hotels you would want to visit.
Excalibur is on the south side of the Strip, and not on the monorail path, and many of the hotels you would probably want to visit would be farther away.

I lived in vegas for 15 years. If you want to stay away from families then stay at the Flamingo. It's right in the middle of the strip where all the fun happens. The Excalibur is family oriented for the kids.

Flamingo has a great pool and is in a much better location than Excalibur (Center Strip near Caesars). Go with Flamingo!

Your best bet for a kid free saty is the Flamingo. The Excalibur is cool, but full of families and screaming kids.

I would stay at the flamingo. I went there a couple of years back and its patronage was mainly the mature crowd, hardly any teeny boppers. Kids are too into the knight thing at the Excalibur

i'd rather stay at the excalibur hotel cause to me it is newer than the flamingo and i think it has more stuff to do.
