i do'nt recommend adopting. not if you want a child of your own, for life.
yes, tubes can be untied -- a good way to do things.
you can also get your eggs extracted, fertilized (IVF), and implanted. like an egg donation except you're using your own eggs which means there's no surprises and your child will know where their genes, personality, traits, abilities, and medical history comes from .
the adoption industry is a huge money maker for adoption lawyers and agencies and they do'nt tell you how many adult adoptees return to their real families again or how the blood-bond is often far stronger than raising a child. i know adult adoptees who are not only searching and reuniting, but also changing back their names and getting "re-adopted".
and mother who make "adoption plans" during pregnancy have no idea how they'll feel once the baby is born and then they feel coerced into surrendering -- leaves them with many many problems including unresolved grief/loss, PTSD, depression, secondary infertility, etc. i'd not wish this on anyone (i work in a mental health clinic and i see patients with these illnesses)
(have included 4 links about adoption, what i've learned. why i recommend you have a child of your own.)

Well, adoption would be the easy way to go. When I had my tubes tied after my son was born...my dr. explained to me that it is possible to untie them but it is quite expensive and a very risky surgery...with no 100% chance that it will work. So, if youre set on having your own biological child then it is a possiblility, but if you want to be a mom now, I would start checking into adoption agencies as this is the only guaranteed way.....

They usually tell you at the time of surgery if it is reversible or if it isn't. They can still try and undo it, but your chances are not good.
I don't want to be rude and I don't know how old you are. BUT, your spelling and grammar could be compared to my grandson who is in the first grade. There is no reason a person in this country cannot formualte a sentence and spell.
