How can i keep my sims from looking the same?

My sims have had 2 Sim girls and they both look the same. How can i make sure that my next baby Sim does not look the same? And, is there a way you can make the next Sim baby they have be a boy?

There is no way to stop them from looking alike. Certain features are dominant (black/brown hair, brown/dark blue eyes) so your children may always have those features. As for facial features, look at the adults. Do they have similar features? It is possible that the man and woman have the same eyes, lips, etc and so will the children.

The gender of the child is determined at the birth. If you really want a boy, save before the birth of the child. If it is a girl, exit without saving and enter to go through the birth again. If it is a girl, exit again and repeat the process until it is a boy.

no,i had a black sim and a white sim and the baby came out asian for some reason so they won't look the same.
yea depending on what system you have the game for theres a chat code to change the babys gender

I know what your talking about and you gotta dabble the dilly out of the set gene pool. No way to control gender unless there is a cheat.

they are sisters, they should look similar. you can't prevent that, but you can dress them different as they grow. the software combines the features of their parents, like real life. and no, you cant control the gender.
