You should try not to think too much about anything. They say to put a pinch of salt at the tip of the tongue to help you sleep, although I havent tried that one yet. You can do that now and give me a 10 if it is successful ok?

Well if you CAN sleep then what's the problem?

If you can't sleep then start reading something. That puts me right to bed.

reading works for me until my eyes tire and feels heavy...but definitely..being infront of the pc is not a good idea....it aggravates my eyebags....

that sucks. counting sheep never worked for me but you cant try that. otherwise just lay there- keep your eyes closed and relax.
