A lot of people are rude on questions that they either don't like or understand, what's the point?

I don't mind different points of view, I just don't like the rude comments.

I thought about posting a silly answer but I didn't. At least I think I didn't.

Isn't this the old story about strokes? Good strokes and bad strokes. Don't ask me why it had to be strokes - that was someone else's idea. Anyway, what people want is attention (strokes). They like good attention. If they can't get it they still want attention so they will make do with bad attention. The kid that is ignored will set fire to the curtains in order to get jail... no wait, that was Lord Watson... perhaps that was the same thing! Or maybe he was drunk. But in vino veritas. Ergo, anyway, being a d1ckhead behind an avatar is better than being nothing at all.

And I don't like it for sure, it pisses me off, but then I don't like houseflies in the same way.

The moral of the story is that not everyone is Fairy Codswallop - bad cess to them - so you should reward yourself by heading down the town and buying yourself a Strokes album. The first one is the best. Something tells me you need it.

Maybe because they don;t really know anything useful so they just want to waste everyone elses time. I have seen several examples of this. I know some people just come across as rude or harsh when they mean to but there are some times when you know that they do mean to be harsh. I don't understand why they can't just go away. Of course, there are some things in life which people aren't going to like and will not be able to avoid but there are other situations where it is apparent that the person has just chosen to be spiteful when they could just find something else.

I know what you mean, you mean 'answers' such as, 'get a life', 'you're an idiot', 'stop asking stupid questions', that sort of thing. I get really annoyed with that too, there's no need to be mean or nasty, I don't understand why people like that don't just go and answer a question they do like! I've answered questions that I don't agree with, but I've given a polite, well thought out answer on those ones usually, there's no need to be mean. It's nice to be nice, some of the meanies on here should try being nice, they might even get some points or some friends from it.

And yes, I agree you should buy 'The Streets' first album.

Your right some people are rude.... yet there are also the ones which may seem rude, but the answer is there and honest just may be harsh.... not everyone has the same way of expressing their selves in words... there really is not point of being rude... but it would be a good thing not to judge the harsh spoken people so hard... Those ones are just being their selves...

I AGREE!

I am in a intro to Biology class that lasts until 10 at night. People do nothing but complain about the hours. There are like 5 options for that day. And also fast-track or online or fall classes. Also, no one has to take just that class. There are other options than just Biology. But people do nothing but complain.

I think they just want to point out something that doesn't make sense

sometimes they don't mean to be rude either, but the asker might see it as rude

The point ? Is points----people tag in and say stuff alot of the time just to be saying anything at all just for the points---that's where alot of this junk comes from---it's something that we all suffer through but it's alot like life---alot of junk that you have to wade through to get where you're going

I think they should be rounded up, wrapped in barbed wire, dipped in vinegar, then fed to starved wolves. All on video tape, of course.
