Buddhism is not even a religion honestly. There is no supreme being in Buddhism, and Buddha is merely thought to be as a teacher, not a godly being.
Although I'm a Christian, I can't say that which religion is the true religion, and it all depends on your personal faith.

Also, in your question, you are omitting thousands of belief systems, not only large ones like Hinduism, Judaism, and Zoroastrianism, but ones that are not well-advertised, either because they have been eradicated by the larger ones (usually by force), or because they believe that the only true way to work is to let people come to them. I'd like to note that "Muslim" is not a religion, a Muslim is someone who puts faith in Allah and Islam. Also, Catholic is a version of Christianity, and Buddhism is spelled the way I have spelled it. Lastly, you have also completely forgotten (or else consciously negated) the validity of atheism as choice of religion in the form of non-religion.

The only true religion is God's religion. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I feel I have my own answer with what is needed to return to the presence of God through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, but I recognize that God obviously has more in mind for all of us. True religion is to be kind and visit the fatherless and widows, and to be ready to serve where God would have us serve.
