The F.B.I. took this guy into custody 4 months ago and there is no record of it at federal court.I was told it isn't a matter of public record.

I would need more info. like what was he in custody for. If he was here illegally he was probably deported. If he has ties to any terrorist activity he is probably being held for interrogation somewhere. If it is for some other reason the FBI is not obligated to release the information to the public. I think your hands are tied until the person gets in touch with you.

They probably took him to GITMO. you know, the secret prison in Cuba? I doubt that you will be able to track him down. If you're an American, contact the Congressman in your state. If you're not an American, contact the US diplomat in your country. Good luck!
