I have a hyon wah (cube) mp3 player and I was copying all the files from it to my pc and the explorer crashed, I had to end task cuz it froze up. I went to go an access my mp3 player again on usb and now it asks me to format it and all my songs are gone/ What the hell is going on? Someone please help!!

No the songs are fine, I am unable to transfer ANY mp3 onto the player, as soon as i plug the mp3 player into my pc it asks me to format it, there are no songs on the mp3 player now, they vanished

go to the manufatuers website get the latesst firmaware downmload and see if u can apply ir read directions if nothing works email the support of the manuefactuer and tell them ur prob they usually respond

i am pretty sure the "formatting" problems come from ur songs. when u rip music from a CD, be sure to use the mp3 format- that is the only format that the mp3 player can read. i m sure ur mp3 player is fine, although the songs may need to be reformatted to the mp3 format. Good Luck!
