I saw this movie almost 15 years ago.
There break dancers trying to save a community center.
The main character liked a rich girl. But there were different races.
One of the actors (not the main) broke his leg while running down the stairs. His girl friend was a foreigner. He had a dream that he was dancing on the walls.
At the end, the community center is saved and balloons are released.
Like I said, i saw this movie YEARS ago, but if you know it and know the name, i'd appreciate it!

Sounds exactly like 1984's "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo." Like break dancers try to save their beloved community center with breakin', poppin', AND lockin'!

Oh gawd, that movie sucked. It is Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo. The break dancers were Turbo, Ozone, and Lady K. That was pretty much the last of the breakdance movies of the 1980's.

I remember that! It wasn't good. The rich girl was white and of course there were race issues. I don't even know who was in it. I guess I can only validate it's existence, but that's better than telling you that you are crazy, right?
