The old fashion way of putting your hair down, and I think a greenish tint. I know that sounds weird, but I once saw a makeup concelear that was tinted green for covering up pimples, and then you put your regular makeup on top of it. So you might try something like that first, and then put up your regular makeup over the green tint.

I'm assuming you can't where a turtle neck? Maybe try bronzer since it is a little darker.

i bought some little mesh scarfs when i had one it worked i just loosely draped them around my neck
