I wouldn't pop it if I were you. Popping it can lead to an infection, because of the bacteria that can get into it. A blister will naturally flatten out on it's own, and then the skin may come off. I'd put a bandage on it and wait.

This is an either/or question. When I worked in the training room at a juco, sometimes we drained them, sometimes we didn't. If it is rather large and very irritated, go ahead and drain it. Make sure you clean it out real good with ALCOHOL, and put a clean bandaid over it. If it's rather small, but still irritated, still clean it with alcohol, and buy some blister pads and stack a few together, and cut out the middle to make a donut that fits just around the edge of the blister. Then put a large bandaid over it just to make sure it stays. (In the training room we used Second Skin, prewrap, and tape.) So choose your fate, hope this helps!

Put thread in a needle and poke through the blister and cut of leaving thread inside blister it will help soak up liquid then maybe a bit of peroxide or polysporin and a bandaid.Leave for a day or so should be fine.Otherwise just bandage it and leave alone.

According to my mother, the nurse, a blister is "nature's bandage." Popping it will open it to infection, so leave it be. When it's ready, it will pop on its own.

Popped blisters are vulnerable to infection PLUS popped blisters are more likely to leave a scar when they heal.

I have always been told that you should leave them; if you pop them, you run the risk of infection. If they pop on their own, you can treat them like any other cut: cover them, and use Neosporin or some other antibiotic ointment on the open skin area. You should also check a site like webmd.com for more information.

To Pop or not to Pop that is the question. Well it will probably pop on its own. Just keep area clean and dry if possible. Neo-sporin is good.

Do not pop it. The fluid is there to help it heal.

Leave them. They are there for protection. When it is time for them to open, they will on their own.
