I am on the island but i can't figure out what to do from here. Can anyone help?

The clues are on the island itself. It's not like the others where you have to find a place to click on...
So... start as far to the left as you can go... and work your way across the beach to the right. Look for anything that would have to be done by man (since it says you're not alone)... ie, footprints, writings, stacked rocks, arranged sticks. And it reads left to right, so you don't have to unscramble anything...
Be sure to look closely... there are some things written on a tree, and something on a rock. and don't forget that stairs are man made...

I haven't got there yet I am still stuck on St. Marie in the trees, any help getting off.
