Notre Dame went 9-3 last year and all of a sudden they're a super team that's suppose to run the table... They are without a doubt the most overrated team in the country. They have to play Georgia Tech, Penn State, Michigan, and Michigan State the first 4 games of the year!!! Not to even mention match ups with USC and UCLA later in the year... Brady Quinn maybe the best in the country but that's only because of Wies's system. JaMarcus Russell is the best QB in the country if you ask me... Oh yeah... and the Irish still don't have a good enough defense to win the national title this year...

Hard to say, maybe if you went by conference it'd be easier to answer...
I won't say Notre Dame is overrated, but they're definitely having those chickens counted early. Possibly a sophomore slump? Tough first four games of the season, and who knows where they'll be.
Florida is very overrated. Chris Leak refuses to run the option the way the option should be run, so the offense will be nowhere near as volatile as people expect it to be. People jsut look at the talent at Florida an automatically assume they'll eb dominant. Again, tough schedule, and SEC defenses have a lot more speed to combat the spread-option offense. Don't know why, I guess people still deny that Spurrier's not there anymore!
I've also read a lot of discussion about how West Virginia is highly overrated this season, because they've been in that position before and choked badly in their much-pre-hyped season. They basically play nobody, so who'll really know? Don't forget how they lost a couple years back and allowed a lowly Pittsburgh team go to the Fiesta Bowl (Weren't the Panthers 8-4 or something? BCS bid?)

Yep, Notre Dame. And the fifth game is against Purdue. Their defense will not gel enough in time to win all of those first five games. They WILL lose at least 2 of those. I'm saying Ga Tech right off the bat and then MSU in East Lansing. Drew Stanton will shred that weak defense.

The same three that are overrated every year - Notre Dame, Michigan, and Penn State.

Depends on what you mean by overrated.... I got to go with WVU as well. Sure they are brining back like everyone form last year and yes they were a good team last year as well. But if you look at thier schedule it is hard for me to believe that anyone woud allow them to play for a national championship.... very very weak schedule.

Sadly, I have to say Michigan. And that's hard for me to say, being a Michigan fan. But Loyd Carr just hasn't done a good job coaching the last couple of years.
