ok so i was friends with this guy, i met him through another friend of mine but we would just talk on the phone. well one day he called me and asked me out. i hadnt even met him before but ive seen pictures and we had been "phone friends" for about 4 months. i said yes to going out with him mostly because i really liked having him as a friend and i didnt want to loose him. well now i really like this other guy and he asked me out but i dont know if that would be considerd cheating on my other "boyfriend"?

Well, what he doesn't know can't hurt him. But the right thing to do would be to just be honest and tell him you'd prefer dating boys who you could actually see regularly. Long distance rarely work, because most of the time, lovers need to spend time together in person. Plus, why are you limiting yourself to just one guy? Be free! Date them both! Or better yet, dump both of them and find two better looking guys.
