sorry hunny, there is no way to target weight to certain areas of your body. I wish there was though! The way and places your body places fatty deposits is all genetics.

I think the only thing you can do is try to gain more weight in general and it might go to those places, and also try toning your butt with exercises that will build muscle there. As for your boobs, I don't think there's anythign you can do exept implants. I have always been small and ppl said they woul dgrow when I got pregnant, but no such luck I'm still tiny! lol!

Just learn to be happy with your body the way you are. I am sure many people love you for who you are and not how small or large your breasts and bum are.
