Just STOP!! You have a wife, why do you need to do that anyway? If its because you're getting bored with her then maybe you need to try to talk to her and try to add spice to you lives. And if that wont work then just divorce her because if she isnt satisfying you, you'll try to find it another woman and that will really cause some major issues in the marriage and you'll just have to get a divorce anyways. So, talk to her and try to see if you guys can do something interesting so that you dont have to masturbate.

Men masturbate at least once a day, married or no. It's pretty normal, I think. Why would you want to stop?

There is no reason to stop. If you are married it is some times fun to masterbate in front of your spouse it spices up the sex life watching or having someone watch you then you can join in together. Sometimes you gotta go solo. I do and so does my husband. There is nothing wrong with it.

Its got to be your choice..you have to feel strongly about quiting..I've recently stopped watching porn, its been about a year and half...It was a personal choice ..not easily done...so much would like to talk you out of it...but then there are those moments that you know its the right decision for you...and that makes the sacrifice worth it...good luck..I don't understand your reasoning but I do know what it takes to make such a choice

Talk to your wife and let her know you are having issues.
Tell her you are having issues because you need to make love more so you can keep your mind from wondering to other girls.
Say, you love her and only want o be with her but when you dont get enough sx you get tempted easier. Let her know you need her!
This will get her to feel sorry for you and you will have great sex!
If is will no satisfy you, you have a sexual addiction and need to get therapy!
