Besides looking good I think she's just trying to work her way up the ladder.She should just sleep with her boss and get it over with.
P.S. I think the show is fake or the people are acting

nothing much (at least that's what it looks like) She appears to be lazy. the people want her to start from the ground up and pay her dues. she expected to go in there and go right to work planning parties and events in the nightclubs.

she works as an assistant for her boss. she gets him whatever he asks for like lunch, help around the buisness, ect.
