go into tools->options->privacy and there is a list in the right hand side, is there anyone there???

Nothing on their system will let them know you've blocked them, as you'll just show as offline. The problem could be if a mutual contact mentions that you're online to the person you've blocked.

If you have two accounts with msn you can see from the 2nd acct. what's happening. You shouldn't be blocked there if the other person doesn' t have the 2nd screen name.

Im pretty sure you can tell when your id has been blocked by someone on msm messenger
