While the earlier link provide a few good candidates, there is a couple words that does come to mind ...

empowerment ... this has been getting more usage recetnly, especially with business managers and motivational speakers.

thermonuclear ... sounds wicked

environmental - also building up in popularity

Also, if you watch Jeopardy, sometimes they will have a category that is designed to focus on words of a particular length ... last time I saw a category like that, it was 12-letter words, but I have seen a category for 15-letters long words as well.

thats a tough one cause the really bad ones get shortened.

i would have said Deoxyribonucleic acid. but we just say DNA
