If you are entering a butterfly competition that gets underway at 4:30 EST, you are away too late to be asking for help in butterfly. For one thing, you haven't even asked a question. Or did you expect to learn how to do butterfly by 4:30 EST on line?
Only thing I can tell you at this point is butterfly is a two-hand touch and both hands must touch simultaneously or it's a DQ.
Good luck in your meet!

I guess your event is over by now . . . ask your COACH for help. All you'll get here is a bunch of stuff you'll read in Swimmer's World anyway. It takes time and practice, and besides, you don't need a million things going through your head right before you race!
