Sometimes periods can be irregular. There is a chance that your period was just affected by some outside occurrance like stress or a change in your diet or increased exercise. On the other hand, when a fertalized egg implants in the uterus, there can sometimes be implantation bleeding. This bleeding is usually pinkish or brownish instead of the usual period-red and also is very light. If you think you might be pregnant, you can do a home pregnancy test on the day you expect to get your period and just see what happens.

your cycle can change, and you will have months that are very different from the other months...months that are heavy and months that are light. and, yes, your cycle will change as you get older. also, are you having unprotected sex? if you are worried about pregancy, then do something to prevent it !

You are probably not pregnant; cycles do change a little bit. You can skip, you can be irregular, and they can change with age.
