I am a believer of everything in moderation.....but truthfully most everything in fast food restaurants is not good. Even the lettuce in the salads is rinsed in sugar water...reasoning is, is the glycemic rise in the blood raises and lowers so you are hungry again in an hour. I think Wendys baked potato with chili on it would be the best choice...subway meats are highly processed, basically pressed meat.
I suggest you go to the video store and rent "supersize me"..you will be shocked!

If you happen to watch tv you will see that so many fast food places are going towards healthier foods. LIke McDonalds, Arbys, Wendys. Subway also has healthy food. Ive seen subways that even have a drivethru if you dont like going in. You just really need to do some investigating around your town,

I love Wendy's spinach chicken salad or Mandarin chicken salad. Like others mentioned, you don't have to use all the salad dressing. Also, I think some fast food Chinese places or Japanese places will let you order extra vegetables, and a few of them have the option of brown rice for about 50 cents more instead of white rice.

The best way to figure this out is to go to the fast food website and check the nutritional values. For example, Wendys' website will let you customize your 'meal' and show you the nutritional facts for each segment. (Shows how much is in the bun, meat, ketchup, mayo, tomato, lettuce, etc.) It even counts the side items, desserts, and drinks. A plain chicken sandwich, plain baked potatoe or Baked! Lays, and water really doesn't rack up that many points.

alot of fast food places now have added healthier choices such as garden salads, grilled chicken, fruit and yogurt, etc. If you are careful on what you choose it can be a healthy choice. To name a few places, McDonalds, Buger king, Wendys and other places like that have added some good stuff.

Not even the water. I saw a report on Oprah that found that the water in the toliet bowls at some fast food places is cleaner than the water they use to make ice cubes with. Yuck!

That really depends on your definition of "healthy". I'm sure will point out "processing", "chemicals" and the benefits organic foods and what-not.

Salads and grilled chicken are fairly healthy. You can still eat sensibly in a fast food restaurant if you use moderation.

Cook by yourself, it is fun and healthy. Nothing in fast food is healthy, the mcdonalds salads are even laced with sugar and stuff, it is disgusting and the food is horribly prepared

Subway is pretty okay, if you watch yourself in the add ons. Also Wendy's is pretty good, but of course, stay away from cheese, heavy full cal. salad dressings, and fries. Get a sandwich and diet coke, and workout. Or pick the salad with grilled chicken, no cheese, and a low calorie vinegrette.

I feel like Mickie D's Asian salad is the healthiest Fast Food option out there. The dressing is like fat free ginger vinegrette and just order grilled instead of crispy chicken.
