i have the same thing right now. my throat is irritated and im so so tired. just lay back relax and drink plenty of water and orange juice.. orange juice has vitamin C which will help to fight off what is going around. continue to take your vitamin if you do and if not then start to take when when you can cause they will kick in and help your immune system. you'll be okay!
im suffering from it too!

Tea is better sweetened w. honey for sore throats. Docs are a waste of time for colds and flu.

Try Eucalyptus Bath salts....that will help your head feel better...You can try something like Orange Juice, or Vitamin C drops as well...

plenty of fluids..plenty of rest.. and if u start getting a temp..stay covered up to sweat out a low grade fever. But if it gets higher than 101.. go to a doctor.

Other than that, rest and plenty of liquids.
