I AM 13 YEARS BUT I AM OVERWEIGHT.HOW CAN I LOSE MY WEIGHT

Exercise and eat well. Don't do anything stupid okay? Because when I was 13 and not overweight at all I did stupid stuff, and I'm still doing stupid stuff, and it sucks.

Write down 5-10 activities you like doing that could also be categorized as exercises. Make a calendar and set 2-3 of those a week. Example: Walking the dogs, Shopping at the Mall (for Walking), Swimming, Bike Riding....

Write down everything you eat for 3-5 days. Then go through and pick one or two things you can substitute or get rid of on your list...do this once a week (or every 2 weeks). Drink a large glass of water before you eat. Cut out cokes, chips, chocolate..ect...set small goals at first! You can do it!

Find a partner, siblings or parent to go along with you. Ask if you can join the YMCA. Look in the paper...you will find activities and sports clubs you can join.

Go to a gym. If you don't have one in your area then I suggest you to walk and run around the your block a few times a day. Also, you need to eat healthy. Eat fruits and vegetables every day. Don't drink and eat soda and greasy foods such as french fries and burgers. You would just get bigger and it would be even harder to lose weight, so stop that right now and start to eat healthy before it's to late. I wish you luck.

Count your calories. Try eating 1500 a day. Remember to count what youre drinking. Stop drinking soda. Drink lots of water. Try and exercise at least 3 times a week. Ask your parents to start buying healthier food.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

First, have your parents take you to the Dr. Many kids, especially girls, think they are overweight but they are not. Then if your Dr says it's ok start working on a healthy diet and exercise program. Your family doctor can help you with both of these.

If you are not hungry do not eat. Eat slow. It takes your body a while to realize you are full. If you eat fast, you will feel hungry when you actually are not. If you eat slow, you will feel full faster. When you feel full, stop eating, even if you still have food on your plate. It is kind of a hard habit to break, but once you do it you will see a difference. And, also get plenty of exercise. You will feel better once you start exercising too!

this is all u have to do eat special K cereal every day,for breakfast lunch and dinner,and u wont feel hungry anymore after u eat the cereal,after about two weeks u will see a drastic change but remember to keep this up and only eat that, and exersise,tell yo parent that u dont want no mcdonalds.

exercise and cut down on your eating. for exercise, you can walk, dance, belly dance, anything basically to get you moving. As you get stronger, you'll find other ways of staying active.

for starters try 10 minutes 3 times a day. Heck it can even be done during commercials.!

now is the best time to loose weight, it only gets harder from now on...Exercise once a day.Doesn't matter what just do something. And try not to eat after 7pm.
