How long does it take to tell if you are pregnant or not. My boyfriends condom broke last thursday. When will I be able to take a test to see if I am pregnant or not.

it depends when your period was last. wait it out until your next period...if it is more than a week late, then take a pregancy test. please consider other ways to prevent pregancy...birth control!! if you cannot manage a pregancy right now, the best way is to not have sex until you are married or when your are ready if a baby should come. The risk is just too high!!

There are some over the counter tests that can show a result in as little as 1 week after your missed period. The best way to find out though is to get a blood test. Go see your Dr. The sooner you know the better.

Ok... with most pregnancy tests, they tell you that you can take it the day after you are expecting your period. But you should wait about a week after to get more accurate results.
There are also things like Early Home Pregnancy Tests that say you can take it up to 5 days before your missed period... but I woulnd't becuase if you read about them, only 65% of women get accurate results 5 days before, and 95% of women get accurate results a day before their expected period.
So I would just pick up a normal one and wait about a week to a week and a half after the day of your expected period.

Depending on when your last period started, count from then about 21 days and you should be able to get an EPT or First Response kit from a pharmacy, and it should be pretty accurate.

ept as early as two weeks, I know a girl who found out she was just 14 days pregnant at the doctor. I think thats the earliest.

There is a pregnancy test you can take where it can detect pregnancy within the week. Go to your nearest pharmacy and ask.

that's all you girl. My instinct told me right away (the first week) that I was pregnant, but I had a girlfriend that didn't know until she was 7months a long.
