almost three lunar months. don't let people make you feel stupid for not knowing. there is about 9 months of pregnancy, there isn't exactly 4 weeks in every month. 4 weeks is a lunar month, so you are actually pregnant 10 lunar months. it's easy to get confused by it. so you'll be 3 lunar months at 12 weeks, but only about 2.5 regular months.

Every third month is 5 weeks. Therefore if your 11 weeks and 3 days your almost 3 months. Precisely 2 months 3 weeks and 3 days.
