The man continues to throw jibes at me when I am outside. He leaves his pool gate open. My son as almost fallen in and I have rescued his own daughter from drowning. This is all my fault of course. His temper is awful and I can't relocate either.....what would you do?

Don't let your children near the pool unless you are there. If this is a private pool on his property, you need to report his child almost drowning to the police and child safety services. If this is a public pool at your place of residence, this needs to be reported to the property manager. As for him and his mouth, ignore what you can, don't answer to it--it will only make him more belligerent. If he becomes threatening or you feel like you or your children may be harmed by him, report him to the police and follow through with your complaint. Once again, if this is a place that you have a property manager, you need to report his behavior to them as well. You may find that you are not the only one he's bothering. Good luck!
