Legally interdicted from what? From getting a divorce?

If you're in the US, I have never heard of anyone who is legally interdicted from getting a divorce. If you're in another country, then you may some problems.

Also, assuming you're in the US and they are legally interdicted from getting a divorce, that doesn't mean YOU can't divorce them.

You need to be more specific here.

This is a leap - No if he is fighting a war for the US. I really have no clue what you asked. But if money is involved it will be harder.
