My 14 year old niece has an 18 year old boy who is trying to get her to like him. The problem is that it is working. He already has a baby and has slept with several girl who live in our neighborhood. He is very disrepectful, he calls her out her name all the time. My problem is trying to get her to see that he is no good without driving her closer to him. He father has treaten to put him in jail and kick his a**. The worst part is that his little brother like my neice first but since he couldn't get her to slept with him, his other brother is going to try. What should I do? I'm sorry my story is so long!

call the local police and find out what the laws are for your state that apply to statutory rape and solicitation of a minor...then, if applicable, turn him in

That's just not right. No 18 yr old boy should be trying to get a little girl to like him. If he really thinks hes gonna get with her remind him that its a long time in Jail for someone that young! Under 15 most states has a restricted law that could follow under measure 11. Good Luck and just keep letting her know that there are other people that love her. Spend a little extra time with her, make her feel special about herself. Teach her self respect, if she loves herself she wouldn't put herself threw it. My little sister went threw the same thing and I just kept her by my side the whole time. Now shes 16 and still a virgin and has more respect for herself than anyone her age that i know. Good luck!! Oh and another thing if she wants to think about sex, there are those dolls u can get that are like real babies have her take care of that for a while.

well i am a fifteen year old and i've been with a twenty year old and he was nothing like the eighteen year old you're talking about in your story. I think you should sit down and have a long talk with her about how you feel about the situation, and make up a story and say that you or someone you know was just like her when they were her age and you (or the other person) got your heart broken by that person, tell her that he only wants to be with her for sex (not exactly in those words) and that after he get what he wants he will leave her and probably won't speak to her ever again. You have to let her know that this will have a bad impact on her life.

Well if it was my niece, I'd be sending my two 6 ft brothers to pay that pervert a visit. He has no idea what kinda trouble he could be in. As for your niece, just explain to her what kinda guy this is. He sounds like garbage. You know dam well all he wants is to get in her pants. All she see's is an older guy paying attention to her and she likes it. Seriously send the cops over to his house and let him know, that they'll be watch him and scare your niece a little too.
See here in Chicago, I'd send my brother in law over by that guy. He's a cop.
Really get the cops involved, you know that guy isnt expecting a visit from a cops. He can go to jail for statjatory rape, if it goes that far. Good Luck.

Im not sure what to tell you without driving that poor girl closer to him.... All i can say is let her find out for her self and let her see that it is a mistake.. do you think she would have sex with guy? is she a very classy girl? what is her mom doing? what is this girl doing? let her make a mistake think about your not goin gto get it thru her head she has a crush... and the guy is a sick perv. that is so not right!! You need to tell her mom. That should be stopped and if she doesn't stop with him, tell her mom. I think that, taht would work.
