There will be other parties you will have plenty of time to sow your oats. That also mean you was not meant to be at that party. Look at the bright side of it. If it wasn't your party then it wasn't the party of the year.keep the peace with your mom shes all you have party or no party!

I understand how important the parties can be at your age. There will be other and better parties to go to. Assuming you've talked with your Mom far enough in advance (several days) about the party, maybe you could talk to her to work out an alternative way to get there and back home if she can't take you. If you plan far enough ahead of time, both you and your Mom can agree on a way you can safely get to and from the party.

I'm not sure I understand the question. How could it have been "the party of the year" if you weren't there? I bet everyone missed you. Next time, do like I do, and always have a back up plan. Ask another friend for a ride, save your allowance up for a cab, or if possible, walk. Good luck.

I don't think you need a solution, cuz there's nothing to solve.Next time be sure to plan it more careful or don't trust your mom(joking).Anyways-there'll be hundreds of parties so you shouldn't worry about it
