70% of the population has HPV and most don't even know it. I would tell them to judge the person as if they didn't have it, and move on with the relationship.

I would dump them cause they should have been straight forward with the person before the relationship gotten deep. If they was honesty from the beginning, then maybe they would have still been together and worked something out.

The best advice I can give is to study all the risks involved, and decide whether you are willing to deal with the worse, if it occurs.

I think there is a trust issue there. They should have been honest and up front in the beginning. It was being hidden, what else might they be hiding?
