Closest thing to an Oxygen bar for me is using Nitrox (air with 28-40% Oxygen content) while scuba diving. However, there is evdence that pure Oxygen will help hangovers and headcolds. I know a LOT of welders that use it when they have colds.

I tried it once just for fun, but I really didn't feel like I could breathe any better or anything. In fact, it kind of gave me a headache. Although I'm not sure what caused the headache, the scented oxygen or the realization that I'd lost $10.
