Y are u guys so paranoid. What if they are? What are they going to do and what will they find out that they do not already know. Americans hate their government - get in line many countries have the same problem. Many people do not like Americans - again who cares. Most people want to immigrate to the US regardless. America has racial issues? Yup no big knowledge burst there. Americans can't type or spell or speak properly, ask your president - he lets them know that everyday. So what's the big state secret that you guys are thinking they are wasting their time trying to find out on yahoo or do you as tax payers actually think the CIA and FBI are useless organizations that need to surf yahoo to find American yahoos. If they are logging your calls as local citizens, i say fire them all. What a waste?
That didn't help them catch the mafia - the mafia snitches did.

You don't have to tap something that is a public forum. It is fair to say that Yahoo Answers is being monitored, absolutely. I remember when the Bill of Rights meant something in this once proud nation.

Well, Yahoo! Answers is a public forum, so there's no need for police/government to "tap" it like they would for phones (which are private conversations and need special technologies for tapping).
