No miracles. take the wheels off pop out the bearings, stick them in turps/white spirit. Wash the rest with soapy water.
After a soak, scrub the bearings with a brush, blast off any residue with WD40, regrease them. Dry off the rest, pop the bearings back in and put the boots back together.

I don't rollerblade, but on machines I used to work with used 3 in 1 penetrating oil. It doesn't bind up and lubricates the metal. Don't use WD-40 as it will cake up over time. Also lemon oil will clean the grime too.

Cleaning your rollerblades is not that hard just use some soap water, and elbow grease. To clean your wheels is simpler just take am (L) rench and take them apart.
