Is there a website or another source where I can find the full text of comedy routines by professional comedians?

The routines of current comedians would be considered protected work and could not be provided freely.

You can probably find some of the old-time classic routines on the web - see for example the link below to "who is on first".

Yes. This is one of the reasons why I do not attend my church services anymore. I became familiar with the church staff when I attended there. I used to sit in the front row (usually late) and this is where the pastors would sit before they were to go up, or catch their breath in between. Their actions were anything but natural, which was so strange to me. The younger pastor would actually shake with such nervous energy as if his very life depended on his actions. He was really under a great deal of stress and it definitely showed. Truly, what would be/should be more natural than to speak to others 'from the heart', about the Lord God? Truly speaking -"from the heart", is missing in most churches today. Peace and Blessings

Just trading in guilt instead of humor. But I see what you mean. The way their voices rise and fall, the "delivery" pitch. Maybe it's all comedy, but some people aren't in on it :)
