You could give all of Israel to Palastine and it wouldn't be enough. It's that the Jews are despised in the mid east and have been since biblical times. I don't think the Arabs would be happy unless Jews were wiped off the face of Earth. Then they would concentrate on someone else.

To teach both sides how to empower each other. ie Israeli's teach Arabs how to make their lives better and Arabs teach Israeli's how to make their lives better or projects that would need input from both for the financial gain of both. The products of the mixed marriages could be responsible for the projects since they would be the most likely to be objective and not take sides.

Very difficult question; Israel cannot be moved from that land, as most Arabs demand - Israel is there, and thats the reality.
I guess, a hefty compensation to displaced Arabs, followed by concerted effort to revive the economy of Palestine, such that young people out there have jobs, and arn't left poor and miserable, to be seduced by the terrorist outfits out there.

By accepting one an others beliefs and differences, and loving each other because of them not in spite of them. Accepting the fact that the earth that we live on does not belong to us but is leased to us for a short period of time, it was here long before we were and it will be here long after we're gone. And finally, life is too short to be spending it full of hate, ignorance and mistrust we should be learning from each other, not killing each other.

It is a matter of religion, peace will never happen. Think of how some christians hate muslims, how would you resolve their conflicts? It's never gonna happen, no way, no how. Only way is if religions would go away, fade into thin air.
