In the Summer, hot and sticky,

In the Winter, with frost on the pumpkin,

Why should it be? Perhaps you are too lazy then, OK - and sweating might not be the thing you want.
Otherwise hot weather is very practical - it allows sex outside.
For getting pregnant, hot weather does not seem that good - men have less semen in hot surroundigs...
